Prison Governor Austin Treacy becomes Eurochips member

EUROCHIPS is pleased to announce that Deputy Governor Austin Treacy of HMP Maghaberry in Northern Ireland has become a network member. Treacy has been an active participant in the field, spearheading innovative ideas and expertise, speaking at many prison-related conferences and workshops, and introducing pioneering initiatives into his establishment, including child-centered visits, special themed visits, and family- and child-centered training programs. Treacy plays a key role in the development of family policy within the Northern Ireland Prison Service.
