This project was first launched in Poland in 2014. It is a rehabilitation programme that aims for the social readaptation of prisoner-parents. It focuses on family integration and a positive child-parent relationship. 50 prisoner-parents held in the prisons of the Małopolska region recorded a message or a story for their child(ren) on a CD. The recordings were then transferred to children, who were able to indirectly interact with their parents. The recorded stories open up new channels of communication for children and their incarcerated parents and therefore enables the child-parent relationship to be renewed or strengthened. In total, 78 children received a story from their parents.
